You can send money online or visit an office nearby. We offer the following options to pay:
- Send money with cash from our money-transfer centers
- Send money with cards from money-transfer centers
- Transfer money with cards online
What currencies do we accept?
We accept money transfers in:
- Swiss Franc
- Euro
If you are sending money in one currency and your recipient wants to pick it up in another currency, our system will automatically convert it at no additional charge for you. Once the money has been sent, the recipient can pick it up immediately
How to receive money
Your loved ones' options of receiving money:
- Cash payout in the Swiss Remit office
- Bank account deposit
- Card deposit
- Mobile wallet deposit
Important
Please, do not forget to bring your ID to the Swiss Remit office to send money
Please, keep your passport or ID card with you during online payment processing
After sending a transfer, give the recipient the unique transaction number
